Power Failure
- Contact the Building Management Office at 415-764-1004. Please be patient as there may be additional calls ahead of yours.
- Turn off electrical equipment such as computers, copiers and lights to lessen the electrical load when power is restored. The building's emergency generator will provide power to the building's life safety system and emergency lights.
- The engineering department will determine the cause and possible duration of the outage.
- The freight elevator that serves the tenant floors will continue to operate as it is on the building's emergency power system. The remaining elevators will respond to the next floor, open its doors and then shut off.
- Elevator technicians will respond to any elevator malfunctions.
