2 free bike cages, located in the garage.
6 individual 24/7 access bike lockers, available upon request at $25/month, located in the garage. Please speak with garage staff for more information and availability.
Valet parking in the garage.
There are 6 electric car charging stations, available on a first come first serve basis, for daily and monthly parkers. Please ask the valet attendant to direct you to the charging stations.
The first-floor courtyard is available to all tenants for private parties, lunch and meetings, etc. The building has a ping pong table, bean bag toss and foosball table available for tenant use. Please schedule use of the courtyard through the Easy Work Order program. Use of the courtyard is available on a first come first serve basis. All other tenants will be notified of the reservation in advance.
