If a medical emergency occurs:
- Call 911
- Give the following information:
- Your name, company and telephone extension.
- Number, street address and floor of building.
- Type of injury, illness or symptoms.
- Call Lobby Security Desk at 415-764-1687 and inform them of emergency.
- Do not move injured or ill person until emergency assistance arrives. Try to make the person comfortable.
- Try to get one person to go to the front door to assist in directing emergency personnel.
- The security officer will recall an elevator to the first floor for emergency personnel.
If you see the emergency personnel unit arrive, please stay in your immediate area. Avoid using the elevators.
