Management at 475 Brannan Street strongly recommends that each tenant establish an internal procedure for handling emergency situations. Each tenant in keeping with S.F.F.D. and building procedures should adopt the "Tenant Floor Warden" system. Prior to an emergency, all members of the team should be familiar with the various paths of egress, emergency stairwells, fire extinguisher locations, manual pull station locations and the pre-determined meeting location outside of the building. Additionally, team members should be familiar with the various emergency procedures and phone numbers outlined in the Emergency Procedures chapter.
