Property removal passes must be submitted to authorize the removal of office property. Please fill out this form when removing boxes, computers (lap tops not included), furniture, and other large items. This form must be signed by one of the Tenant’s authorized signers and left with security upon date of removal. If you choose not to utilize the property removal pass system a principal of the company must keep a letter on file with management allowing property removal without approval for all employees.
