475 Brannan Street is located on Brannan Street between Third and Fourth Streets. Originally a two story building built in 1907, a renovation and a two-floor addition were completed in the fourth quarter of 1999. The building conforms to the seismic codes in San Francisco and contains all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Parking for tenants is available on an assigned basis.
For your convenience, there is a secure area with bike racks located in the parking garage: There is no charge for use of this bike rack. As a reminder, bicycles are not permitted in the office building. To gain access to the bike cage please contact the Property Management office and your card key will be programmed.
6 individual 24/7 access bike lockers are also available upon request, at $25/month. Please speak with garage staff for more information and availability.
