For tenant repairs and maintenance one person will be designated to be the contact for the repairs and/or maintenance requests. This person will be given a name and password to utilize "Easy Work Order". Through this program you will be able to request repairs, cardkeys, after hours HVAC, specialized cleaning or specific tenant related needs.
